About

It's all about people, taste and Kaizen · 改善 A Japanese word that means continuous improvement. .

I didn't start with a clear path into product. I got there by being the person who couldn't stop asking why things work the way they do — and whether they could work better.

What I've learned since is that the hardest part of product isn't prioritization or roadmaps. It's holding two things in tension at once: the discipline to say no, and the imagination to see what isn't there yet. I approach that challenge the same way I approach everything else in life: as a 10x learner. Obsessively curious, rarely satisfied with the first answer, always looking for the insight one layer deeper.

The problems that excite me most are the ones that didn't exist a decade ago, where the context is still shifting, the rules aren't written, and building the right thing requires as much judgment as craft.

Outside work, I find myself moving between things that don't always connect: gastronomy, art history, basketball, travel. But they all share something: attention to detail, the pleasure of mastery, and the way context changes everything. I think that bleeds into how I build.

Based in Paris. Always up for a good conversation around product, craft and hobbies mentioned.
